Times of Change

In business changes should mean the optimisation of working methods or improvements should be aimed for both inside and outside the company. In particular, it is the customer who should profit from changes. And we are always concerned that this should continue to be the case in future.

Since 1 May 2009 Peter Gruber, as a partner of the Italian Yacht Centre, has been solely responsible for the boat business in Bad Oeynhausen. Thomas Ploss, his partner, has retired from running the business. Although the season then started with half the crew at the top of the company, the day to day business nevertheless continued without restriction.

The sales and marketing of the Italian Yacht Centre, as well as the customer care and service of Italian Yacht Centre S.L. in Spain, were and still are available to the customers and partners of the company as usual from this time onwards – in this country, abroad and at the well known boat shows:

• Peter Gruber as contact in the management of the company and in providing sales management
• Jens Westerbeck as contact in sales in both the new and used boat departments
• Viviane Auer as a contact point on Mallorca for the Customer Service Department, Service and Spare Parts Procurement.
• Antje Leifert for the Marketing and PR, Administration and Management Departments
• Christian Reitz as service employer and engineer in this country and abroad.

Together with our partners all over the world, we continue to guarantee you the best possible service in all departments, from the quotation, through the sale of a boat to after-sales service. In the old way, just as you have become accustomed from us.
